Human Factors Engineering Researcher

We are seeking an entry-level biomedical engineer who is a team player, has a passion for quality, and enjoys working with a selective client base on an interesting variety of medical products and devices in a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities

We are looking to hire a full-time human factors engineer who will work remotely from a location of their choice. Based on your experience in human factors and medical, you will interact with and support Agilis team members and clients with designing, conducting and reporting on formative and validation human factors studies. Because this is a regulated industry, willingness to learn and comply with FDA and other international regulatory human factors standards and guidelines is required. Approximately 50% US and international travel is required. The selected candidate will be within a one-hour drive of an international airport.

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering and 2+ years of experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and human-research experience. Experience with medical devices is ideal, but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial as well as demonstrated proficiency with Excel. Access to a stable internet connection is also required. No visa sponsorship is available for this position.
